LATE POLICY

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment

A 5-15 min grace period is allotted

At 10 minutes a $10.00 late fee will be automatically assessed

At 15 minutes late appointment automatically cancelled

LASH HEALTH/APPOINTMENT

Please come with clean lashes remove all eye make-up and contacts; lash washes are complimentary

Missing or Sparse Lashes please book consultation

24 hour period for lash revision after service

NO CAFFEINE or ENERGY DRINKS 24 hrs before appointment

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

48 hrs advance notice to reschedule (one-time deposit transfer) 

24 hour advance notice of cancellation-new service fee required (deposit is non-transferable)

$25 NO CALL/NO SHOW penalty (payment due before booking future appointments)-REPEATED CANCELLATIONS RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

Appointments are non-transferrable to bother clients
